Refund Policy
This policy applies to digital games and passes sold by LIGHT & SALT BROADCASTING (LSB) LLC on games.lsbapps.com.
- Purchases must be made by a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian may request the refund.
- 14-day refund window: email support@lsbapps.com from the purchase email within 14 days if the game or pass does not work as described or you bought it by mistake. We refund through the original payment method (Stripe).
- After 14 days, purchases are final except where the law requires otherwise.
- Passes: all-games passes do not auto-renew. We do not give partial-period refunds for unused days on a pass, except where the law requires otherwise.
- App-store purchases that Apple or Google processed are refunded by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Chargebacks: please contact us first at support@lsbapps.com. We usually resolve issues within 2 business days.
