Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the 3H Games websites and browser games at games.lsbapps.com, including 3H Kids Games, 3H Youth Games, 3H Adult Games and 3H Senior Games (the “Games”). The Games are published by LIGHT & SALT BROADCASTING (LSB) LLC, a California limited liability company (“LSB”, “we”, “us”). These Terms supplement the LSB Apps Terms of Service at lsbapps.com/terms. If they conflict, these Terms control for the Games. By using the Games or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Children, parents, and eligibility
3H Kids Games is designed for children ages 5–12. We do not collect personal information from children. There are no accounts, names, emails, chat, social features, ads, or third-party trackers. Progress is stored on the device. Optional sync uses a random code and hashed data only, not a child’s name or email.
Children may use the Games with a parent or guardian. Purchases must be made by a parent or guardian. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy anything. You are responsible for any restore code or sync code you create. Parents may email support@lsbapps.com to ask about, or delete, any sync record.
2. Purchases and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars before tax at checkout. A single game is a one-time purchase (the price shown at checkout, currently $2.99) that unlocks that game on the device and does not expire. All-games passes are one-time purchases for 90 days or 365 days from purchase. They include games added while the pass lasts. Passes do not auto-renew and are not subscriptions.
Web payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store full card numbers. Where an app offers an in-app purchase, Apple or Google processes it under their policies and parental controls. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
3. Faith content
Some games retell Bible stories and include Christian content. They are labeled “Bible & faith”. Families of all backgrounds are welcome, and that content is clearly labeled. It is a game, not a substitute for Scripture, your own study, or your family’s teaching.
4. License and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Games for your own household. You may not resell, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or use the Games to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
5. Not professional advice
The Games are entertainment and learning software. They do not provide legal, medical, clinical, educational-certification, tax, financial, or other professional advice, and they do not create any professional-client relationship.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
THE GAMES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LSB AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE GAMES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE GAMES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $50. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law (for example, liability for gross negligence, fraud, or willful injury under Cal. Civ. Code §1668).
8. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify LSB against claims arising from your misuse of the Games or your violation of these Terms or the law, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Dispute resolution — arbitration and class-action waiver
Please read this section carefully. Before filing a claim, email support@lsbapps.com and try to resolve it informally for 30 days. If that fails, any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules (or AAA Consumer Rules), in San Diego County, California, or by video. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and LSB waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. You may opt out of this section by emailing support@lsbapps.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. If the class waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim proceeds in court, and this section is otherwise severable. Public-injunctive-relief claims may be brought in court as California law requires.
10. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the dispute-resolution section above, exclusive venue is the state and federal courts in San Diego County, California.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes apply only going forward. Sections 5 through 10 survive termination.
